Columbia Asia Hospital, Seremban, was the first Columbia Asia Hospital in Malaysia. Located in Seremban 2, it serves more than 500,000 people from Seremban, Nilai, Senawang and Bandar Baru Sendayan.

• Phase 1 (the South Wing) with 99 beds consisted of 2-storeys of hospital space with a 3rd floor as a mechanical floor to house mechanical utilities and also an open air car park.
• Phase 2 (the North Wing) is similar to Phase 1 but with 20 beds only.
