The Pulau Indah F&N Dairies Manufacturing Plant is a large, modern manufacturing plant designed with a conductive yet centralised administrative office with amenities for the staff and a beautiful man-made lake linked with walkways to the main factory.

The plant comprises the following main buildings:

• SCM factory consisting of a large finished goods warehouse, automated raw materials warehouse with 25m-high automated racking system and a large manufacturing factory area
• Utilities building housing all M&E utilities requirements
• Can manufacturing factory to manufacture metal cans
• Administration building
• Waste water treatment plant
• 6 large water storage tanks
