Located on Jalan Lagoon Selatan, along with the increase in the number of students, Monash University expanded with 3 new buildings:

• Building 4: An 8-storey building consisting of office space for academic purposes, laboratories, teaching classrooms and a roof-top garden.
• Building 5A: An 8-storey building consisting of office space for academic purposes, laboratories, teaching classrooms and a roof-top garden.
• Student Recreation Center: A new student activities center which consists of sports facilities and other multi-purpose activities for the students.
